You need to:

• MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS FOR MAY 19 TH MEETING
• BRING YOUR AC ELECTS WITH YOU
• MAKE CUPCAKES FOR STRAWBERRY BOOTH
• HELP WITH PROVING AT GRAND CHAPTER

First we need you to make your reservations for the May 19 th meeting at Pioneer Chapter at Oregon City, we will eat at noon, but come early and bring you new AC elects with you, even if they are not elected yet, bring -them. Reservations can be made with Patti Nielsen at pattinielsen24@msn.com or by calling her at 503-257-0367. We need a count as soon as possible.

STRAWBERRY BOOTH AT SUMPTER
We need to make 60 dozen cupcakes for the booth at Sumpter on Memorial Day weekend, they are made with a yellow cake mix, make only 18 cupcakes out of a box not 24, they must be in the paper wrappers, let them cool completely and then you can freeze them and put them in a shirt box or something similar for transporting. You can bring them to the May meeting so we can bring them home with us ready for the big weekend. I need to know who is making cupcakes and how many so I can keep a count and not get to many. Email me at rmprice@fmtc.com or call 541-889-5812 if I don’t answer leave a message. I also need to know if anyone will be able to help those four days , May 24, 25, 26 & 27. We need help on Saturday and Sunday the most. If enough sign up we can work in two or four hour shifts. Sister Carolyn Patrick is the Chairman, and Brother Joe Jarvis and Sister Carol Gorham will also be there. I am in San Jose until Saturday as my youngest daughter, LeeAnn is getting her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and I need to be there. Remember, it can be cool in Sumpter so bring your coats and sweatshirts if working.

PROVING AT GRAND CHAPTER
It is our responsibility to help the Conductresses with proving at Grand Chapter we will need at least 5 people per closed session on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to help. You can work all the sessions if you want and wear your teal dress if you have one.

LUNCHEON AT GRAND CHAPTER
I hope you have signed up for our luncheon at Grand Chapter and remember to bring your AC elects. We will not be having a meeting, just friendship.

SUMMER PICNIC
A decision will be made on a date and place for this event at our May 19 th meeting. Several suggestions, including the Sternwheeler at Cascade Locks, the Train Ride at Hood River, and the Evergreen Museum at McMinnville. Make your wishes known by being at the meeting.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Our nominating committee is working and if contacted I hope you will be able to be an officers for this fun group. We are considering only meeting every other month and we have two fun parties planned, December Christmas party and in April the Hawaiian Luau at Pacific University.
